Port Jefferson Station, NY…Ramp Chevrolet of Port Jefferson Station, NY has announced several new hires.
Nick Blakeley of Lake Grove has been hired as a Service Advisor. He has worked in this field since earning a degree in automotive business management from SUNY Farmingdale.
Nathan Boutcher of Port Jefferson has joined Ramp as an Internet Sales Consultant. New to the auto industry, he previously worked in advertising sales.
Tom Calendrillo of Riverhead has joined Ramp as a Service Technician. Mr Calendrillo has 35 years experience in the auto industry, having previously owned his own auto shop.
Noreen Cosentino of Patchogue has joined Ramp as an Accounting Clerk. Her prior experience includes customer service and accounting in the manufacturing industry.
Frank Montero of Brentwood has been named Executive Assistant to Ramp Chevrolet owner John Rampone. He previously worked in the financial industry.
Robert Overton of West Islip has joined the Ramp team as a Mechanic. With over five years experience in the auto industry, Mr Overton has completed the GMA Service Excellence Program and graduated from Hummer School to become a certified Hummer Specialist.
Carolyn Plust of Brentwood has been named an Internet Sales Consultant. She has previous sales experience, focusing on internet sales for the past two years.
Melinda Schaefer of Sound Beach has joined the Billing Department at Ramp Chevrolet. Her previously employment experience was in database management.
Doreen Steinhauser of North Babylon has been named Incentive Director. Ms. Steinhauser has over thirty years experience in the automotive industry as a bookkeeper and office manager. In her new position she will be focusing on vehicle rebates.
Corey Whitehead of Shirley has been named Parts Department Counterman. He has over 10 years in the auto industry starting as a mechanic and then moving to sales.
