September 26, 2004 -- PaceSetters Corvette Club, Cobb Parkway Chevrolet and MTI Racing will host our annual Corvettes Against Breast Cancer Charity Ride on Saturday, October 2, 2004 from 8:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. The caravan will begin with controlled laps on the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Breast Cancer Survivors will ride in selected Corvettes as we caravan from the Atlanta Motor Speedway, (located off U.S. Highway 19 & 41 near Hampton, GA) and conclude at Cobb Parkway Chevrolet, 2155 Cobb Parkway, Smyrna, GA. Our goal is to raise funds by bringing together approximately 150 Corvettes and driving through the city of Atlanta to heighten awareness for the cause.

This year, we are in partnership with the Wellness Community, (a program devoted to providing cost-free psychological support to cancer patients and their loved ones) through our association with the B.O.O.B.S. Organization. B.O.O.B.S. which stands for Bunch Of Outrageous Breast Cancer Survivors are -- and still are -- the voices of everyday, modern women struggling to survive breast cancer.
